The UHSAA is a registered Florida Not-for-Profit organization which operates as an independent fundraising arm for all Umatilla High School Athletic Programs in accordance with Lake County School Board Policy 9211 and under the authorization of the UHS Principle.  The UHSAA does not determine how any of the donated funds collected are distributed amongst the UHS Athletic Department.
